4. To Assemble

- Optional: French fries or tortilla chips inside the wrap
Instructions
- Make the Marinade Blend chipotle peppers, garlic, onion, 1 tbsp mayo, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Marinate the Chicken Reserve half of the marinade for the sauce. Coat the chicken strips with the remaining marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 2 hours for best flavor).
- Cook the Chicken Heat a skillet with a drizzle of avocado oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
- Make the Creamy Chipotle Sauce Mix the reserved marinade with 2 tbsp mayo. Adjust seasoning with salt and lime juice if needed.
- Prepare the Fresh Salad In a bowl, toss sliced red onion, cucumber, red bell pepper, and parsley with honey, lemon juice, avocado oil, and salt.
- Assemble the Wraps Spread a generous layer of creamy chipotle sauce on each lavash. Add cooked chicken, fresh salad, and optional French fries. Roll tightly and toast in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Pro Tips
- For extra smokiness, add ½ tsp smoked paprika to the marinade.
- Don’t skip toasting the wrap — it makes a huge difference in texture.
- Make the marinade and sauce ahead of time for quicker assembly.
- Adjust the heat level by using fewer chipotle peppers or removing the seeds.
Serving Suggestion: Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side and a cold drink. These wraps are perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.
