Ingredients (Makes 3–4 Wraps)

1. Chipotle Chicken Marinade

  • 2 large chicken breasts (about 600g / 1.3 lb), sliced into strips
  • 3–4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion, chopped (≈ 100g)
  • 1 tbsp Chosen Foods Classic Mayo
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

2. Creamy Chipotle Sauce

  • Half of the prepared marinade (reserved before adding chicken)
  • 2 tbsp Chosen Foods Classic Mayo

3. Fresh Crunchy Salad

  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil
  • Salt to taste

4. To Assemble

  • 3–4 large lavash breads
  • Optional: French fries or tortilla chips inside the wrap

Instructions

  1. Make the Marinade Blend chipotle peppers, garlic, onion, 1 tbsp mayo, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Marinate the Chicken Reserve half of the marinade for the sauce. Coat the chicken strips with the remaining marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 2 hours for best flavor).
  3. Cook the Chicken Heat a skillet with a drizzle of avocado oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
  4. Make the Creamy Chipotle Sauce Mix the reserved marinade with 2 tbsp mayo. Adjust seasoning with salt and lime juice if needed.
  5. Prepare the Fresh Salad In a bowl, toss sliced red onion, cucumber, red bell pepper, and parsley with honey, lemon juice, avocado oil, and salt.
  6. Assemble the Wraps Spread a generous layer of creamy chipotle sauce on each lavash. Add cooked chicken, fresh salad, and optional French fries. Roll tightly and toast in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Pro Tips

  • For extra smokiness, add ½ tsp smoked paprika to the marinade.
  • Don’t skip toasting the wrap — it makes a huge difference in texture.
  • Make the marinade and sauce ahead of time for quicker assembly.
  • Adjust the heat level by using fewer chipotle peppers or removing the seeds.

Serving Suggestion: Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side and a cold drink. These wraps are perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.
