Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, halved lengthwise and pounded to even thickness
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Chosen Foods Avocado Oil (for frying)

For the Dry Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper

For the Egg Wash

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup water

For the Breading

  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

For the Caesar Sauce

  • 1 cup Chosen Foods Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1–2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

For the Caesar Salad Filling

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Chosen Foods Caesar Dressing
  • ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

To Assemble

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method

1. Season the Chicken Pat the chicken cutlets dry. Season both sides generously with salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

2. Set Up Breading Station

  • Dish 1: Mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  • Dish 2: Whisk eggs with ¼ cup water.
  • Dish 3: Combine panko breadcrumbs with dried parsley.

3. Bread the Chicken Coat each chicken cutlet in the seasoned flour, then dip into the egg wash, and finally press into the panko mixture. Make sure it’s well coated for maximum crispiness.

4. Fry the Chicken Heat Chosen Foods Avocado Oil in a deep pan or skillet to 365°F (185°C). Fry the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown, crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Drain on a wire rack. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

5. Make the Caesar Sauce In a bowl, whisk together Chosen Foods Mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth and creamy.

6. Prepare Caesar Salad Mix In another bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Chosen Foods Caesar Dressing and grated Parmesan cheese.

7. Assemble the Wraps

  • Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
  • Spread a generous layer of Caesar sauce on each tortilla.
  • Add the Caesar salad mix and sliced crispy chicken.
  • Drizzle extra sauce if desired.
  • Fold the sides and roll tightly.

Toast the Wraps: Place the assembled wraps seam-side down in a hot pan (with a little Chosen Foods Avocado Oil) and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
